Utilizing patented non-thermal process that relieves thermal stress within metal components. Application usually takes 0.5 to 2 hours without causing treatment distortion.

Aluminum Ring: 2.5m OD was treated before and after rough milling. Distortion was held to less than 0.058mm.

Steel structure: Welders achieved an 85% reduction in normal weld distortion when treated. This eliminated the need for post weld straightening.
